What is your shipping policy?Updated 3 months ago

If you're trying to estimate when your package will be delivered please note the following:

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 days (in-stock items) from the date of order. Shipping dates are as follows:
    • Economy Shipping: 3-8 days after processing
    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 days after processing
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 days after processing
  • Our shipping rates come directly FedEx, USPS, & UPS and may fluctuate from time to time. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. 
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates. 
  • We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier provided within your order details to file a claim.
  • Backorder items and Pre Orders are currently in production and are shipped within 3-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 5-10 business days (times may vary during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters) as we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and times.
