My Email is Not RecognizedUpdated 4 months ago

If you’re having trouble logging in to your account and getting an error that your email is not recognized, there are a few things you can do.

  1. You have entered your email address and password correctly and have received an error message such as 'unidentified user'.
    • There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.
    • Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.
  2. If you've already created an account but don't remember your password, you can reset it by using the "forgot your password" link on the account login page.
    • If you receive the message: Could not find customer. There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.
    • Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.
  3. You can click on "Manage Subscription" and enter your email.
    • You will then receive an email with your account link (this is only a one time use link)
    • If you do not receive the email with the link, your subscription will be under a different email
