My Email is Not RecognizedUpdated a year ago
If you’re having trouble logging in to your account and getting an error that your email is not recognized, there are a few things you can do.
- You have entered your email address and password correctly and have received an error message such as 'unidentified user'.
- There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.
- Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.
- If you've already created an account but don't remember your password, you can reset it by using the "forgot your password" link on the account login page.
- If you receive the message: Could not find customer. There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.
- Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.
- You can click on "Manage Subscription" and enter your email.
- You will then receive an email with your account link (this is only a one time use link)
- If you do not receive the email with the link, your subscription will be under a different email
