How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Another email with the subject "A shipment from order TLN-# is on the way" will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page once it ships.  

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page here.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient, check back later and check your spam/junk folder. If an item is on backorder you'll receive a separate email about the backordered item and if you ordered any other Trulean products in the same order, these will be processed right away and shipped to you!
